Mr. Sunil Kumar - Company secretary & Compliance Officer

 
Mr. Sunil Kumar serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and has been associated with us since June 2026. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law Graduate and Commerce Graduate. He has an overall 11 years of experience of handling overall corporate secretarial affairs and other statutory compliances in Company Law and SEBI Laws. Prior to joining the Company, he worked with Transport Corporation of India Limited (from June 2025 till March 2026), Vipul Limited (from January 2016 till June 2025) and LMJ Logistics Limited (March 2015 till January 2016).
