Dr. Pawan Kumar serves as Non-Executive Director of our company and has been associated with us since September 01, 2025. He is an accomplished professional in the infrastructure and construction industry with more than 3 decades of experience. Before joining us, he was associated with MKC Infrastructure Ltd., also he served as a Scientist at the Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), an autonomous institute under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Punjabi University, Patiala, a master’s degree in Highways from Punjab.

He also holds positions on the Board of Ceigall India Limited, Ceigall Transmission and Distribution Limited, Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited, Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited, Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited, Ceigall Integrated Energy Limited, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited and Velgaon Power Transmission Limited.
