Mr. Manmohan Sibbal aged 67 years is a seasoned professional with over 46 years of diverse experience spanning the Corporate and Banking sectors. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and a Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also qualified for membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London.
Mr. Sibbal has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the corporate sector, having served in senior leadership roles, including his last assignment as Joint President and Company Secretary at Jaiprakash Associates Limited, where he was responsible for corporate governance, secretarial functions and regulatory compliances. He also brings over 16 years of experience in the banking industry, with exposure to credit operations, foreign exchange, merchant banking, formulation of operational policies, legal reviews and industrial relations etc.
Currently, Mr. Sibbal holds Directorship on the Boards of Ceigall Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited and Jaypee Ganga Infrastructure Corporation Limited.
