Arun Goyal serves as Independent Director of our company and has been affiliated with us since December 12, 2024. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining us, Arun was associated with the Trident Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

He also holds positions on the Board of Ceigall India Limited, Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Private Limited, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, Ceigall Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited, FLH Technologies Private Limited and Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited.
