Ms. Shilpa Bhargava is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICST Membership No. F13255) and a Commerce graduate. She is a seasoned Governance Professional with an overall experience of 11 years. She has extensive experience in Corporate Secretarial, LLP, Listing Compliances backed by practical experience in key areas such as Audits & Compliances. She has handled Corporate Governance for Listed & Unlisted Companies, Regulatory & Statutory Compliances. Prior to joining the Company, she worked with CIAN Group {from June, 2019 till March 2025} and with Artefact Projects Limited {from August, 2014 till May, 2019}.
