Mr. Amrit Pal Singh Chadha, is a Director in our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Punjab University and a master's degree in commerce from Shimla University. He has over 23 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and has been instrumental in execution of a number of road and airport linked infrastructure projects in our Company.

Mr. Chadha has been a Director in our Company since incorporation. Prior to joining our Company on July 16, 1996, he was working with Oriental Structural Engineers Limited. He is currently in-charge of execution of all our infrastructure projects in Bihar
